「Room was clean and in great condition. Came with all the standard amenities and some very swanky furnishings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a very convenient location and offers both in-room, on site, and nearby breakfast and dining options. I stayed here in January and, while I was highly pleased with how quiet it was, I cannot speak to whether the same would be true when the event calendar at Wrigley Stadium is active. Would stay here again.」

「Clean room. Very small room and bathroom so if you want space this isn’t for you. Housekeeping is only every 3 days unless you ask. Parking is around the block which isn’t very convenient. You’re only allowed to leave the garage once a day to pay the daily rate $31 or you’ll be charged hourly which would get very expensive so that makes it tough to plan your day around one trip out of the garage per day. Staff was great. Overall a great place to stay!!! 」

「They upgraded our room for free, and gave us free champagne. Customer service was top-tier, and engaged in conversation with us every time we pass by them about our daily activities. We would definitely come back and will soon!」

「The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!」

「Fantastic location within walking distance of Wrigley Field and many Lakeview hot spots. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space within the suite! It's definitely not for folks who aren't used to urban street noise, although it didn't bother me at all. My ONLY "complaint" was that the room was super cold. 「Upon entering the baseball motif was amazing. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and was even more impressive by how quiet and how close everything was to the location. Only draw back was no parking on the property. Extra expense to park in the parking garage down the street. Hotel staff was amazing and the property was very secure and clean. Would really recommend staying here. 」
