"The room was perfect except the fact that we booked a room with a lake view and received a room with a view of the building. We were so tired after a 12 hour drive that we were not heading back downstairs. We could not call because our phone in the motel was not working. Housekeeping the next day was so friendly and helped us with amenities that we had forgotten. Close walk to the zoo and water which was amazing. Front desk was super friendly and had a great sense of humor! TV is not smart so select channels. All in all it was good for a quick one night stay."

"Cute hotel in a quiet and pretty area of town, but still walkable to restaurants. Parking was easy. They only do valet though, so bring cash for a tip. The interior had a cozy design with a cute sitting room with coffee and tea. The rooms didn't have a coffee maker, which was difficult for me because I need it first thing in the morning. But for people not self conscious about going down to the lobby for coffee before showering/makeup, the setup is great and they have lots of creamer/sweetener options available. The room was on the smaller side but plenty big for me and my husband. The bed was comfortable and there were snacks/drinks stocked for purchase. Both staff members we talked to were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"
