"My room was not ready when it was promised. I had to wait in the lobby until 5:00pm for my room to be ready and missed part of my conference (couldn’t change clothes and freshen up after traveling). On another day, I was locked out of my room all afternoon because they keypad ran out of battery and I got stuck at the conference for 12 hours because I had no where else to go. Staff was friendly, but the hotel’s main job was for me to have a reliable place to stay and it didn’t accomplish that. The street noise is also really loud, beds are the most uncomfortable ever, and it was hard to sleep. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 16th floor and could see a lot of the city. It was a great location and had convenient parking (at a cost of $14 as an add on). We asked for a regular room with 2 queens but I believe we may have been upgraded (?) as we ended up on a higher floor and the room had a mini-fridge. They also have microwaves on a few floors (in the room with the ice machine) that anyone could use. We enjoyed our stay and would return."

Only negative would have been when I asked a staff member if they had a microwave and he laughed and said most people that stay there don’t eat left overs so they don’t have micro waves. I felt a bit embarrassed from the way the he responded. But I clarified to him it was to hear up my daughters formula "
