「Great hotel would definitely rebook」

「We love everything- clean, enough parking, clean pool, near the beach . The room was clean. Will recommend and come back again : tnx」

「I have stayed here in the past and loved this place for its coziness and atmosphere. I only stayed one night since they have reopened, and I did not feel like it was that cozy atmosphere. To start with I felt like it was a burden for me to be there during check in. the room was clean, but the floors were buckled and I just did not get that comfortable cozy feel that I have felt in the past stays. I will give it another try due to the fact that me and multiple family members will be here in later...

「Completely not what the photos on the listing shows. There is no front desk, we had slight trouble opening the lockbox to get the key and they didn't answer the call. The room was cramped, once the bed came down there was barely any room to move. The main window is pointed at the hallway so if you open the blinds everyone can see you. Something like super 8 would've been a better choice for similar pricing. We took the lost and got a room else where.」

「The billing practices leave something to be desired. As I have receipts showing I paid in full and yet my card has been charged 5 times in one day for a balance due. When I called to discuss this with them the manager stated it’s hard for customers to understand but it’s just how they hold funds. I understand how a hold works. I don’t understand why they still charged my card 5 times in one day when I discussed with three employees they should wait for the weekend to see if their hold goes back...

「The hotel clerk Chris was very rude and told me it was a liability for him to give me a band aid ask for a early check in he still made me wait til 4 PM he has bad people skills」

「The hotel, overall, was decent. They were rebuilding the pool area and it could be noisy at times. I was disappointed that we stayed in the South Tower and had to walk across the parking lot and through the other building to get to the beach. I was also disappointed that our view was the construction area instead of the ocean.」

「Very rundown for what they charge. Decent pool and its right on the beach but so aren't alot of other hotels. Wouldn't stay again」

「They never cleaned the pool it was full of sand and the room was never cleaned the sand on the floor was terrible room air didn't really work we had to move from our ocean view because of the air but the air was the same I had to buy a fan and still was not cool not enough hot water and poor pressure they did give us a discount on the room when we had to move but I would never stay again」

「This hotel is in need of an uplift. The pool and beach are close walking distance. There are no covered areas at the pool for shade, so be sure to bring your own umbrella. Parking is limited to one car at an extra cost. Any additional cars will have to be parked about 2 blocks away at an additional fee. Front desk representatives were friendly, but overall feeling of the hotel and additional parking fees were not impressive. This was my first and last visit.」
