「I was in room 508c which was the 5th floor. My room had a balcony and was on the side of the building and had a great side view of the ocean. The building smelled wonderful. Carpets in hallway were nice and clean, and so were the walls and mirrors and trim. My room had a kitchenette which was very nice. The bed was comfy! I couldnt figure out the T.v. Unfortunately we found 2 different palmetto bugs on separate occasions, but these are common in Florida. There was outdoor construction going...

「It's old but clean. Loved the full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Smelled so good. Comfortable beds. Nice big pool. No hot food for breakfast but still good. Bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, fruit, instant oatmeal, muffins, cereal.. Very weak coffee! Publix,, Outback, Dunkin and more with in minutes. Rip Tides is 5 minutes down road and has amazing seafood! Wasn't happy about paying $10/day to park. Don't feel like it's a hotel that should charge for parking..Staff was...

「The room was clean, the breakfast wasn’t great but it was a full breakfast spread, the upkeep of the hotel could have been a bit better but nothing horrible. Beds were very comfortable. The access to the beach was excellent, literally right on the beach. I would stay again.」

「The personnel couldn't be nicer, more accommodating and friendly. The property itself is relatively old but kept as clean as could reasonably be expected. It is well located and for the money, a good value.」

「My stay was amazing having the beach at my toes was a plus for sure! Pool wasn’t so clean staff very minimal and number on the office door did not work at all! Would stay again….absolutely would stay again! Many conveniences around to walk to! Thank you can’t wait to come back」

「There are absolutely no amenities. Not even a phone in the room. While the location and staff were nice it’s very dated. Beds were comfortable pool was great. Parking is a serious challenge. For a quick getaway it’ll be OK longer than a weekend no.」

「Severely aged, rusty, dirty and damp in room. Sand all over the made beds. Damp environment even with air conditioner on. Baby roaches seen twice.. Parking lot was poorly laid out with a bottleneck entrance. I wouldnt stay here again for free...」
