We upgraded our room on Expedia to stay another 3 days and there was a mix up and we were booked for same room althought we paid for a larger room. We were a little disappointed because of this but was told it was Expedias fault. Oh well Live and learn. refrigerator did need to be defrosted."

"The hotel is very nice. The food in the restaurant is very good. During our stay approx 80-90% of the guests were cheerleaders for a competition. The bar/restaurant staff would not allow the cheerleaders to use the tables in the restaurant for food they brought in even though there was no one there to use them. This seems like a silly rule for guests that are almost fully funding the resort for the week. Some flexibility should be allowed. I would also like to add that the gym equipment is missing some key attachments. The cable weight machine is not usable without these attachements. The equipment was in the same state last year when we visited. I discussed this with maintenance last year and also this year but no improvements have been made. "
