"Check-in was very stressful. We arrived around 2:00 p.m. and were told our room wasn’t ready, but that they would call us as soon as it became available. We never received a call. At 7:00 p.m., I finally called the front desk from the pool and was casually told the room was ready. Our room also never received housekeeping service during our stay. When I called the front desk on our last day to ask about it, the only response was, “If you need towels, I’ll send you some now.” This was disappointing and not the level of service we expected from a Hilton property."

"The food served in the Restaurant/Bar area was good. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The nacho appetizer was very good and the prices were fair. The staff was friendly. The view from the balcony overlooked the pool, beach and pier. We would stay there again. "
