「We enjoyed our stay, the location on the beach was perfect. The small kitchenette was convenient. I would recommend checking the dishes and towels before use. Allot of the cups, plates and utensils had food left on them and needed a good wash. The towels also had a few stains. We just threw them in the wash ourselves. The laundry room is convenient and is only 1.50$ a wash. Also before you buy any food to cook in the oven, make sure your oven works. Ours didn’t, which wasn’t a big deal but we...

「Rooms were clean and check in was easy. Staff was very polite at check in. I really wanted to give this place a higher score but I just can't. When we got checked in and up to the room, we noticed there was no couch for seating in the room at all as shown and detailed in room description...just a bare wall where it should go. We asked about this with the staff and they had no clue why there was no couch. They made a phone call and I was then told they had a couch being delivered for that room...

「Clean room, comfortable bed, cold air. Couldn’t use the pool due to a very large group that was drinking very heavily and smoking in the pool along with language. 9:40 at night I had to call the front desk due to how loud they were and us trying to sleep. I was on the 5th floor and couldn’t sleep. Let’s not even talk about the fire and my handicap wife trying to navigate 5 floors of stairs. Having to try and find a hotel with rooms available was very stressful. Don’t expect any drawers to put...

「We never got our room cleaned after speaking to front desk we told them and were told we should be getting our room clean. Went out for the afternoon come back and room was not clean. We also saw a lot of roaches. Also the pool was never cleaned from our three day stay, a lot of sand.」
