"The location of this property is very convenient. It is close to shopping and good restaurants. Overall, I was disappointed in the property. It looks much nicer in the photos. The pool area was nice and clean, very nice directly on the ocean. That being said, the hot tub was out of service. It was fixed but the water remained cold The pool was very cold. I expected it to be heated. The room location was good but the room itself was disappointing. Upon entering there were cobwebs on the headboard, the lampshade was all cracked with one lightbulb out. Walls had all kinds of unpainted scrapes. Mattresses were not comfortable and pillows were awful. Linens were nice. Water pressure in the shower was dismal! Nice fixtures but no pressure. I could barely rinse out shampoo in my hair! I do have to say, it was nice and quiet and the property grounds were kept clean. Coffee station in the lobby area was great. To conclude, pool area ,other than hottub, was the best part of our stay. I can't say I would come back due to room conditions. They really need to update. We paid over $200 for our last night there, which is very overpriced for a room in that condition."

"Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Would have gotten 5 stars if the power wasn’t off for 15 hours Friday night. No explanation and no offer of any kind to compensate us for sleeping in the heat. They should get three stars, but I’m being nice."
