「This was a nightmare. The entire hotel is infested with cockroaches. The maid service was totally incompetent. We had to assist when and if we caught a cleaning lady and sweep our own floors and make our beds and ask multiple times for linens and bed sheets. No mops. No wiping of anything. I wanted a refund immediately but was told there was nothing we could do because we went through expedia. Tried to contact expedia and there are no humans to talk to. We paid ahead for 11 nights. 「We do not feel the room was as described. It was not well maintained, and the overall condition of the unit was disappointing. The room we were assigned appeared to have previously been the manager’s room, as it was separated from the check-in office by a door that could only be locked and unlocked from the office side. 「Got bitten head to toe by bed bugs. Hotel restaurant, bars and room service all close by 10:00 and bars do not offer any bar snacks..what a disappointing joke that place is!! As well was there the first night of Jeep Beach and the place was full!! Bad experience all the way around...embarrassed for the dumb a** management team for being blind.」
