"I really really love this place. It was nice and clean , bug free had no problems at all. I love the girl in the office with a long hair. I don’t know her name, but she was wonderful. "The view from the porch was the best beach view I’ve had. This facility could easily have a top rating if a little more money was invested in the rooms. The huge bath tub/spa had a hole in it and the extra large shower had no door and it was obvious the door had been removed (infilled screw holes and the seal was still attached to the opposing wall). The doors to the rooms need scrubbing (filthy) or new paint jobs. The staff was friendly and there was no problem in that aspect. Again, this could easily be a top notch facility with a little investment. It is located in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants, stores and other amenities nearby. I would definitely return to this hotel if they put some effort into the hotel "

"I have made special arrangements with the front desk staff to accept bottle of champagne with anticipation of celebrating our first anniversary the date that it was delivered they changed your mind and decided that they would not accept it which caused a bit of confusion but I was able to work around it with no help from the hotel. With that exception it was a very pleasant experience"

"Clean room friendly staff ac blasting if you come during turtle nesting season it is hard to see at night! Seeing the beach from the room or stepping out to sit on the chairs right by the door was nice"

"Just spent a week here for Rockville. Very clean and friendly staff. The room is kept at a tepid temperature you can't really control. I recommend bringing a fan. But for a budget hotel it gets 5 stars especially because of the view and ease of getting to the beach. Parking is limited but thats not uncommon for a smal beachfront hotel but they did have a space for everyone to have one spot. The kitchen was stocked and had a small table. The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean. There are 2 chairs and a table outside the room and there’s a wall between you and your neighbor’s doorway, so you get balcony-style privacy right outside your door. It’s perfect for sitting in the provided chairs and watching the sunset. Honestly for the price its a definite stay again."

"The view was amazing and the room itself was clean and came with all needed amenities. Easy access to the pool as well as the beach. Staff was also very helpful and pleasant will definitely be staying here in the future."

"Will not book again. Reserved and paid for an ocean view 2 bedroom 6 months in advance and got shafted to a parking lot view and was told sorry about your luck. The bathtubs in both bathrooms were peeling real bad to the point that the paint was clogging the drains while showering. Found several roaches crawling around. The 1 elevator they have was out of service the first full day there for a couple hours so we had to take the stairs, then the power went out for about 12 hours the next day after I just spent $160 on food and drinks in the refrigerator. Maybe not their fault but still a bad experience. Over all the place is old and run down and the staff doesn’t seem to give a rats ass. Terrible stay. Do not recommend unless you’re on a budget."
