「Great location & ocean view. Property is dated but the cleanliness of the rooms & views made it a great experience. Maybe consider pool hours for adults since it is a FAMILY hotel. I wasn’t too pleased seeing a couple make out & feel on each other in the same pool a ton of kids was playing in. Other than that staff was friendly & location is very good! 」

「The room’s amenities were too old. The Wi-Fi would go out. My charger cord melted and I had to throw it away. The elevator, room, and main entrance all had a stinky smell (not the paint). Anyway the prices is reasonable!」

「This property was right on the beach. Very easy access to everything in Ormond Beach」

「The property was very nice. We loved the pool with the lazy river. The room was bigger than expected. Everything was fairly new. And the staff was wonderful. I only really had two complaints. One was the air conditioner kept popping up to 85° so you had to constantly put it down which was annoying in the middle of the night. Also, the vending machines on the property were always broken. We couldn’t get anything to snack on unless we got in the car and drove somewhere. 」

「It is a nice place right on the ocean. Room is nice. Clean, breakfast is nice, they have a small bar too. There is a restaurant and bar next door so don't expect quiet til around 2am. 」
