「The room was very clean. We loved the beach access!」

「Stayed 8 nights with my two children. The view was lovely and so were the staff. Front desk, housekeeping, and the bar staff were very friendly. (Shoutout to Meghan!) Breakfast was always hot and plentiful. Easy access to the beach. Will come again!」

「First time staying here. Definitely an easy, smooth and fast check in and check out. Staff members were nice and helpful. Security guard on site all night. Clean and secure location. Access to gym. Decent size parking lot. Laundry mat on site $1.75 per load. On the beach. Community size pool, kitty pool and a jacuzzi. Out door grills available. Power did go off though for about 15-30 mins. Other than that probably will be staying again.」

「Towels were stained had to wash them before kids could use them.. floor was dirty.. smoke detector didn't work not all them r hard wired in when they by law have to... there was no communication with the business at all n the giant roach when we got there in the room. We will never stay here again. Tried for some kind of refund n they refused」

No. But the room was very clean, it was kept up very well, the maintenance guy was always very helpful and friendly and always busy, and we had a balcony looking at the ocean where I got to watch dolphins swim by one morning! The hotel was extremely old and poorly maintained—to the point that the elevator actually caught on fire during our stay. We also lost power in the middle of our stay, and we had to find and arrange another hotel ourselves. 「Originally, I haven't booked this hotel, but due to maintenance in the other hotel Expedia gave us this option with Comfort Inn, we had a room with ocean front second floor. They had elevator and stairs, so it was easy to go up. The beach access was immediate, soit was good too. But the view from the room into the ocean was very sad. 「I was very disappointed with this stay. The hotel advertised itself as oceanfront, but that was misleading. The room was not oceanfront as expected. The hotel was. There was also no mention in the listing that the main bed was a Murphy bed. It was old, very hard, and seemed too small for two adults. I wasn't even sure it would comfortably support both of us.
