「We had a wonderful stay at the Nautilus Inn. The lobby was so nicely decorated and inviting. The rooms were clean and well kept. You cannot beat the view!!! We had a nice stay. The only issue we had was we wanted a bit of extra time to check out. I have never ever been refused a late checkout (30-60 min extra) and the front desk person didn't even waiver in saying no but for an extra $65 we could stay until 4pm (checkout is 11am). I feel everyone needs flexibility for guests. Customer...

「The hotel was nice and clean. Great location and pool area. Had a problem with the tub draining. Called twice to have it fixed but that didn’t happen. We had to shower with dirty water up to our calves. We also went to the restaurant at 10:30am for breakfast but were told they had to stop serving to get ready for lunch. We felt that was very disappointing! Other than that the stay was good! 」

「The room’s amenities were too old. The Wi-Fi would go out. My charger cord melted and I had to throw it away. The elevator, room, and main entrance all had a stinky smell (not the paint). Anyway the prices is reasonable!」

「This hotel was awesome. We stayed here in an Ocean Front room. The view was great. That hotel is wonderful and has a nice pool. The breakfast was great. We ate there all three mornings we were there. Nice to be able to walk right onto the beach and enjoy. The staff here was wonderful to us. I have to mention Nikky and Vin and Suzanne. Can't go wrong with this place.」

「All staff I came in contact with were awesome, from the gentleman who came to help me with the thermostat to the young man who was at the desk when I checked in later one night. What I didn’t like was that the property inside could have been cleaner. I don’t think the carpets in the hallway or in my room were vacuumed once on my four day stay.」

「Our room was perfect for us we had an ocean view as well as city view. We also were right at home because it had all the necessities of home a well equipped kitchen as well as laundry to keep everything tidy. 」
