Staff was friendly when we checked in our room the sheets had some chocolate on them went to the gentleman at the counter he was very friendly and understanding and got us new sheets we’ve stayed at this motel just about every time we go to Daytona.

The staff was nice and I had no issues checking in or checking out. when I needed more time to get my belongings out of the room before check out they were very sweet about it!

Room was tiny no more than 1 person barely fit in bathroom, bathroom had no door handle, rooms have old ac units through window which was not professionally done. Not worth the price of a ocean view room for what was presented.

Pretty good

Everything was fantastic except the tv didn’t work and room was very hot when we entered. Once we turned the ac on within 30 minutes it felt great. Beds comfortable.

It was ok not horrible but not amazing. Their outlets were not convenient and the plugs didn’t stay in the outlet or the outlets didn’t work and the lighting in the bathroom was horrible. The water pressure was great but when show wasn’t on the showerhead leaked really bad but only when water was on. Bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay overall. location was the reason for the pick of this hotel. very inexpensive and just across the street from the beach! The rooms were...well pretty gross if I'm being honest. But we did enjoy having the chairs right outside our room to look over the pool. The pool area was well maintained and had a variety of chairs and tables to sit at which was nice. The people working seemed super friendly as well. Overall, for the price it was a nice stay. The rooms themselves (specifically the bed linens) just need some refreshing and this would not be a bad stay!

Took overnight trip with my wife. I did not realize it was race weekend and booked one of the last rooms available in DB at the San Marina. I was pleasantly surprised after reading many not so good reviews. The check in went well and the staff were very polite & nice. Yes the hotel is dated but the room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. We enjoy the DB nightlife and restaurants. Hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk and about 10minutes to Sebring St. We would definitely stay again. Free parking was on site.

I made a mistake and booked one day after my arrival, however when I got there the front desk person was very nice and work with me to work with the website to change my booking because normally you can’t change same day. That in itself was awesome. The hotel room was what I was looking for in walking distance from everything I did not expect it to have a refrigerator or microwave but it did so that was a plus. I will definitely stay again when I go back to the beach.

I was given an updated room, with clean sheets on bed, working microwave, working a/c, working fridge - all clean, zero smoke smell. The bathroom towels did have a hair on them that did not belong to me, but I did not utilize the shower during my stay. Housekeeping was polite and came to ask if I needed anything, but I did not. Check-in was seamless and the woman was really kind. I did have a visitor with many legs the first night, but a little spray took care of that, and I saw no more critters the rest of my stay. My room did not have carpeting or any burnholes, and I witnessed no illegal activity. It was quiet, with the exception of the traffic on the busy street. I would stay here again. :)

The only good thing about this property is its location for the price. Im assuming a couple own it and the woman is not friendly at all. The man is much better. It is what it is for the price i guess, but we left a bag and called the next day, like 21 times with no answer so my husband drove up there, 45 minutes away, and he asked the lady if that was the correct phone number and she said yes and he asked why do they not answer the phone then and explained about the bag, she said she doesnt kno she will have to get the cleaners and ask and she walked away and didnt return. My husband found the cleaner and asked about his bag and thank goodness that person is an honest person bc he had our bag, but we will not return here. Plus they talk to you through a window, there is no lobby, so kinda weird.

Good location questionable service

Called in advance to verify parking and were told valet parking would be $30/day. We arrived to valet to check into the hotel and unload our truck and they tried to up-charge us and said it’d be $40/day to park the truck. I went into the hotel and told them what happened. They said it might be because it’s a bigger vehicle, but they ended up following through with $30/day since that’s what they stated on the phone. The valet expected you to tip them every time they drive your vehicle. The room was small but the location was great. The bed and pillows were hard. Bathroom fixtures were falling off and such as the shower knob (I had to put it back on gently to be able to use it because it fell off as soon as I turned the knob). It’s an older hotel but definitely needs more upkeep. The best part of this hotel is the location being right across the street from the beach. However, there are plenty of options to choose from on this strip. After leaving, I noticed the side of my truck was scratched in two places which weren’t there before paring valet for this trip. Now I’ll have to have work done on my truck to fix these issues.

They didn’t control the guest very well. They let motorcycles park on walkways around pool and rooms. They crank them up at all hours of the night. You sleep some nights for people talking loudly on porches and sidewalks.
