「Staff could have been more professional 」

「Excelente servicio, lugar muy limpio y buena comida. 」

「The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. The breakfast was made to order and was fairly flexible with what they could accomodate, leave at least 30 minutes for it to be prepared. The rooms are on the...

「Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience 」

「The Unique Club and Atlantico buffets were excellent, and we truly enjoyed the upscale dining experiences at the steakhouse, Mexican, hibachi, French, and Mediterranean restaurants. Every restaurant felt like a five-star experience. We were very pleased with all the services provided throughout our trip, thanks to the outstanding staff who made everything exceptional.」

「Everything was great. All meals were decent. Room was spacious and clean. Free parking onsite is safe and convenient. Property is on the beach with lounge chairs readily available. Would book them again. 」

「Instalaciones muy modernas y comodas, sin embargo, el servicio a la habitación fue muy lento, la comida no era tan bueno, la comida del desayuno no estaba muy buena tampoco… Deben mejorar ese tema de servicio y de la comida ASAP. 」

「Couldn’t use the ac because it kept leaking water all over the floor. Didn’t stay the whole duration while here. I had to leave to another hotel to feel more comfortable. 」
