「The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. 「The resort is a bit older, but very clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The buffet food was super fresh every breakfast and lunch. We ate at one of the restaurants every dinner and it was good. We did get a couples massage and it was wonderful and professional. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience 」

「Mi estancia en el Hotel Whala fue buena, Rosa en recepcion fue muy amable en fin todos en recepcion fueron amable y utiles. El cuarto tipo estudio es bien espacioso, el agua caliente en todo momento y el aire super frio. La comida de cena en el area de la barra no me gusto mucho. La piña colada estuvo riquisima, el desayuno en el comedor bien variado, en fin le doy un 8 de 10, pq no habia nada cerca, habia q pedir uber para todo. Les recomiendo cojan excursiones」

「Couldn’t use the ac because it kept leaking water all over the floor. Didn’t stay the whole duration while here. I had to leave to another hotel to feel more comfortable. 」

「Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. 」
