「The Dunes at Tybee Island is my go-to hotel. The place is old but very well maintained. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is nice and cold after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is a huge bonus, but restaurants are within walking distance. The pier and beach are a few blocks from your door. The pool is just steps from your room and so clean and refreshing. 「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「The only reason for four stars instead of five is because the corridors open to the outside, which means no air conditioning, and the elevators also had no air conditioning. It was quite hot outside so that made the space a bit stifling. Everything was clean, however. The location was great and close to a lot of places we wanted to go.
