「The property was in prime location. Just a few minutes to the beach by foot. Literally five minutes. Location was perfect. You can walk just a few blocks and be in the downtown area where you can get food and drinks without any worries about driving. The motel was cute and vintage. Very adorable. Great for a few nights day. If you don’t mind a tiny house living the Royal Palms is the perfect place.」

「We booked a family suite to have more space. Our tv did not work, the sink would not drain, the sofa was so filthy that I took one of the extra bedspreads off an unused bed to cover it. The office staff tried to get the tv working and after lots of plunging the sink remained clogged. The office staff moved us to a smaller room. The sink immediately clogged in it but after we requested a plunger, we got it working. The pictures are not accurate. The building, furniture, and fixtures are...

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. 「The hotel staff were in line for coffee and we had to wait for quite some time to get coffee with breakfast. The conditioner bottle had shampoo or body soap in it. The front desk staff were helpful and nice.」
