The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.」

「Never cleaned the room in 4 days, difficult to get towels, old lumpy pillows, one air conditioner for 2 rooms inadequate, no closet or place to put things. Nice pool but small. Nice deck clerk but she couldn’t get housekeeping to help us. Overpriced for what you get.」

「The Dunes at Tybee Island is my go-to hotel. The place is old but very well maintained. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is nice and cold after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is a huge bonus, but restaurants are within walking distance. The pier and beach are a few blocks from your door. The pool is just steps from your room and so clean and refreshing. The staff are so helpful. Joy at the front desk is so nice. Floors get wet and sandy from kids in and out; you need...

「It was a little pricey for what it is. But it is close to the beach, shops, food and bars. Stayed here before and would come back.」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」
