「Unauthorized charge + zero housekeeping for 3 nights. Avoid. During my stay at this property from June 26-29, 2026, I experienced two serious issues. First, at check-in I was charged without my consent — a double charge, as my reservation was already paid through Expedia more than three weeks prior to our arrival. This unauthorized charge affected our entire vacation from the very beginning, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing family trip into a completely bitter...

「The room smelled of mold. The refrigerator was very loud, it disturbed my sleep. The parking lot was full of trash.」

「Booked a non smoking room that smelled like a recently emptied ashtray. Burn marks in the curtains. Very dissapointing stay. Slept on top of the bed sheets just incase. Spoke to the person at the front counter in the morning and they didnt offer anything to try and make it right. Only offered me a blank stare until I walked away.」

「The property was in bad shape. Our room entrance door was broken would not open. The jams damaged with screwdrivers I reported to the attendant. the bathroom door would not close and was coming off the hinges this place really really needs to be renovated. Only reason I stayed was I needed an emergency hotel for the night since it was after midnight would definitely than that stay in the place again.」

「Terrible experience, don’t stay here. Our AC was leaking so bad a puddle formed under the bed. They used dawn dish soap for the shampoo. The pool was shut down. I woke up the next morning covered in bug bite that I’m pretty sure were bed bugs. The towels were stained with yellow dots. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.」

「I honestly would give this stay a negative zero if I could. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware...
