「The hotel itself was great but the location was horrible…not convenient to anything!」

「Parking lot was well lit and easy to access from a major roadway. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The quick shop offered an excellent variety of extras (drinks and snacks) so there was no late night grocery run. I loved having the hot water and coffee available 24/7. If all of the Tru Hiltons are as well run as the Savannah, I'll be looking for them as I travel」

「Suite was big and」

「Bathroom could have been cleaner. Especially the bath tub. Although I requested non smoking room. My room smelled of old cigarette smoke. Stains noted on bedspread.」

「After I booked on Expedia… The girl wanted 20 more dollars to give me a requested upstairs room… in the room there was no desk chair for the desk… There was no trashcan… The remote for the TV was so filthyI had to have washcloth to touch it…. and once I touched it… It did not work so I had to call the front desk and the girl brought up a new one…..stray cats hang out here … the best part was right next-door. There was a sports bar and a Thai restaurant… But I would not recommend the Thai...

「This felt less like a hotel and more of a section 8 housing facility which sometimes has extra rooms which they rent out... Dirty, The side lamps to the bed were both physically broken and not working. Did get a good nights sleep in their queen bed.」

「The room is not clean. This is the worst hotel that I have ever visit. No Smoke alarm wire hanging from the ceiling. Shower broken, floor not clean, toilet not clean, clothes rack falling a part.」

「We stayed in the Calhoun room. It is very pretty but it smells musty & the room was very damp. We discovered mold on the ceiling. Which is concerning. It was also our anniversary & they did not do anything special. Most places we stay leaves a nice note, bottle of wine, or chocolates. Wishing us a happy anniversary to make their guests feel special. The shower seal was about to fall off & there is a huge glass door. Another concern. I shared this & never heard back,」

「Room was really nice. Lobby on second floor was nice. Key app was a little finicky but worked most of the time」

「The hotel is located at one of the most convenient locations. We had walking access to everywhere we wanted to visit. All members of the staff we interacted with were kind, helpful and very welcoming. The hotel itself is top notch and clean. We ate in the hotel restaurant as well as ordered room service and the food was excellent. The roof top pool and patio area is perfect. When we visit Savannah again we have agreed there’s no other place we would choose to stay. Highly recommend!」
