I did tell front desk the same…front desk person said they would tell someone of my complaints. Also doors and door knobs unsanitary and need to be cleaned. Area near vending machines smelled of human urine…truly not happy"

"Over a 3 day stay the breakfast menu did not vary but the selection was good. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the room servicing better than expected There are several restaurants close by, one just next door "

"The high reviews are either fake or over inflated. The entire hotel is filthy, the hallways have holes under the carpet that you can feel while walking and stains EVERYWHERE. The room was no better, layers of what looks like grease, oil, body liquids, and dirt on the walls, stains on all the furniture and fabrics, carpet held in place by staples that are sticking out and can cut you. My 6 year old even found a partially empty bottle of Jack Daniel's in the pull out couch. Not only will I never be using this hotel again, I'd never recommend it to anyone and honestly I'd suggest it get a thorough inspection. I've stayed at a LOT of hotels all over the country, this was by far the worst."
