"Food was delicious. Nicole was a great house manager. She cooked, cleaned and was so friendly. We really enjoyed her company . We actually invited her to sit with us as she was so nice. "My stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The accommodations are top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. However, I encountered a significant issue with parking that I feel compelled to mention.
When I reserved the room through Expedia, I had specifically paid for parking, only to find out upon arrival that they exclusively offered valet service, which incurred an additional $25 charge. This was misleading and quite disappointing, as I expected a seamless parking experience based on my reservation.
While this miscommunication reflects poorly on Expedia, it did not overshadow the overall excellence of my experience at the hotel. The hospitality and quality of the property truly stand out, and I would recommend it to others despite the parking issue. "
