「Great area」

「This hotel was okay. It's fine for a place to lay your head at night. The staff was kind and helpful but there also wasn't much staff in general. The pool was closed because of a failed health inspection. The worst part of the stay that I found unacceptable was the lack of breakfast. In the morning there was no breakfast available. I believe another guest told my group that the excuse was "no chef". This is completely unacceptable, if a place advertises complimentary breakfast then that...

「Staff very friendly beds was so so」

「I honestly would give this stay a negative zero if I could. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware...

「Went down a the advertised hot breakfast and the lady serving had a bad attitude problem. Asked for sunny side up eggs and she gives me a dirty look. Get someone friendly behind the counter when dealing with guests don’t need your bad attitude first thing in the morning!!!」

「Stayed in Room 110. This is the 2nd time this year. First time was OK, but unsure what happened between March and now. The tub was stained and dirty. The toilet ran all night after flushing. We checked in at 9pm and went to dinner. Returned from dinner at 11pm. Used the restroom to prepare for bed, discovered that the sink drained slowly and the toilet wouldnt stop filling. 「It was a perfect stay.」

「I had to ask them to switch my room immediately. When I first entered there were nats flying around the room, the pillows had stains on them, and the tub was constantly leaking and wouldn’t stop.」

「Disgusting because the bathtub and sink drainage were full of hair and clogged, they even tried to move me to another room as the maintenance crew was not in the property at around 8:30 but the other room was the same, clogged with human hair, the maintenance guy came late at night but he just unclogged the drainage without moving the hair, I dont recommend it」

「The price was good - the room was a good size with a roll away bed and kitchenette-bathroom could have been cleaner - there was a hole in one of sheets -juice and coffee were terrible - staff was friendly but there was communication issue understanding them and they understanding us/not major issues but minor ones to fix」
