"I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the river view was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The bar had a nice atmosphere with good drinks and excellent service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would stay here again."

"The de Soto hotel was a lovely hotel. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was the outdoor pool facility. When we got up to the second floor to go swimming there were no towels, and there was soda cans, cups, and other debris left all over the area. The pool facility was not maintained properly and the hallway or should I say the second floor where you got off the elevator had debris all over the floor and it looked like it had not been vacuumed or kept up throughout the entire day."

"The staff were friendly, helpful and supportive. The room was fairly decent, I wish the sliding door worked properly and the curtains needed to be cleaned or replaced. It looked to have black mold on the top part of the curtains and the turning curtain poles. The patio most definitely needed some TLC. The carpet looked outdated. The view of the habor and looking down onto the city were the highlight during my stay. The bed was comfortable and clean. The couch was comfortable as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. It’s amazing! The staff is so helpful and so nice. Great service clean rooms and is so convenient to all the shopping downtown historic district and Riverwalk and restaurants. I highly suggest you stay at this amazing hotel. It made my family in our vacation much more enjoyable. We will definitely come back."
