"Great location and super nice front desk employees. The walls are thin though and it was kind of noisy but it was move in weekend at SCAD so maybe more families but they were loud."

"This is our third time staying at the Marshall House, but found out it is now under new ownership. We sincerely hope the standards will remain the same or even improve. There was a miscommunication in housekeeping/Maid service, but Martha (front desk) went above and beyond to rectify the situation and personally came up and cleaned our room after hours. She was very accommodating and redeemed our appreciation for the hotel. We were disappointed at the cheese and wine reception at night since there was no wine (liquor license lapsed?). The breakfast offering and staff continues to be first rate. As long as this does not turn into a “pet friendly” hotel we will continue to to stay at the Marshall House."
