"I have a say Ms. Wanda the front clerk present herself very well, she gave us information about the hotel what it offer and if we need anything just let her know or front desk. Also Ms. Gail I think that was her name in the kitchen was hilarious, she made you feel comfortable and went around asking everyone if the breakfast was good, do you need anything before closing door, she was joy to see and talk with every morning. Our stay was very enjoyable the whole time and Mr. Sandra the concierge was very helpful in subjecting different activities. Oh I forgot the young lady name who refresh our room...I ask for clean towels and when we got back to room the room was tidy up. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Lady D"

"This really is a gorgeous property, in a perfect location! They only offer valet parking at the hotel, which is a little unfortunate, but not a deal breaker by any means. Our room was clean, but it was lacking in routine maintenance. For example, when I took the hand towel off the towel ring, the whole ring fell off the wall because it wasn't properly anchored. The walls in the bathroom behind the door were a little dirty, and there was some black gunk in a little bit of the grout in the shower, but it certainly wasn't DIRTY. There was a fire alarm during our stay, and upon check out the front desk waived some of the fees, which was very nice! Overall, it was a great experience, and the perfect pit stop on our road trip back home."

"The room was very clean. air conditioner worked great. Did have the smoke detector go off.The staff handled this. Night desk agent was very rude as I arrived at 5am and simply asked if I could store my bags. He got angry and actually slammed the night window closed and left. He stated the hotel was full as there was another potential guest asking about rooms. Instead of letting me store my bags and then walk around Savannah. (I arrived on the Amtrak, and took an Uber to drop my bags at 5am. ) I have pre purchased hotels in 10 other states and this was the first time I was not able to drop my bags and explore the city until a room is ready for me. Arriving at 4:55am, I was not expecting a room, but the night desk clerk was extremely rude, the lobby was clearly bolted shut with all lobby lights off, but when I explained storing my bags was common to every prior hotel I had stayed at due to the variable schedule of Amtrak trains. He called me a "Nobody" go away and come back at 11am. He slammed the little window closed and left. As I did, and the other possible guest who had driven up to check for rooms. I walked about 2 miles with my bags and found a Chum's store that let me buy some coffee and sit at a table for about 5 hours while I waited to check in at 11am."
