「The hotel shower handle wasn't attached. There was rust on the shower head. The floors in the hallway were stained and sunkin in shops the elevator floor was cracked ceiling falling in. Pool was shut down by health department. There was a bug on the pillows. And front desk was rude. She stated that only four humans per room when I paid for 6 adults and only four adults and one child stayed. The beds were stained.」

「I honestly would give this stay a negative zero if I could. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware...

「The pool was closed for renovations, but you can see there is no work been done, water has been dirty for long time. It was supposed to he a smoke free environment and in the hallway was a smell of Marijuana you couldn't stand it. Smoke alarm in room was missing cap and you can see the cables. You can tell for the whole 3 nights we stayed, they did not sweep or blow the sidewalk on the back entrance. Back entrance door sign reads, " for your safety this door is to remain locked at all times use...

「Staff were great. There is no pool, it was filled in with concrete. The room was not clean. Marks all over the walls, bath tub was dirty, lamp shades were gross, and mini fridge did not get very cold. Checked the bed with a black light and it was actually very clean and comfortable. AC did work well also. It was a place to sleep that is about it. Breakfast options were very limited. Cereal, waffles, yogurt, bagels, eggs and sausage. No biscuits or gravy though.」

「The pictures are kind of deceptive. It was only one night so it was fine for us. But the bed sheets had stains, no shampoo or conditioner or even hand soap was provided, only two towels, the floors were dirty and we saw ants crawling on the ground, the main lobby with breakfast was burning hot no ac, breakfast was barley anything more of an on the go type situation. Had ann early 8am wake up call from someone’s dog barking outside of our door. Our friends also stayed in another room had the same...
