「They are in the process of a complete renovation so whilst the facilities were old, the new stuff was looking very good and the staff was very helpful」

「The breakfast and service is outstanding. I love the lobby and the outdoor area which has the fire pit and grill for family and friends. The indoor pool and efficiency rooms make it a great location for a family reunion. We also really appreciated the security feature attached to our room key that is required for elevator access. Manager Scott and the desk assistant on June 22 at 11:00 am were both attentive and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.」

「The room was extremely clean and we appreciated the attention to detail and care the head of housekeeping put into her job. You can tell she prides herself in providing great customer service. The front desk was also very helpful.」

「The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.」

「Clean, comfortable, convenient and safe. Great customer service and hospitality. Well suited and situated for easy access to airport. But not many offsite amenities, shops, restaurants, etc. nearby; but many within five minute drive.」

「Bathroom was nasty! The paper towel holder was broke from the wall, the vent in the ceiling was tore completely out! Their toilet felt like it was broke completely off the floor! There was a roach in the bathroom! All of that was in 153 I have pics! I rented three rooms and one had a dirty sock in it the other had a pair of men’s shoes left in it! I will never stay there again!」

「It was a little shady however the inside was clean, the bed n pillows were comfortable and the room was the coldest room I’ve ever slept in! I would go back to Virginia just to stay in that cold room!」

「They advertise a pool and it’s the middle of summer and it’s closed. Also, their mention of a breakfast we all in and there are 2 different cereals a waffle machine maker an apple and orange juice machine which dispenses only water. Very disappointing.」
