「The staff (Shay, Sheila and Jay) are amazing at what they do. They make me and my family feel welcome each time I visited. Yes, I keep choosing them because they’re so pleasant. They are very professional. I also like that the breakfast spot was incredibly clean. It was pretty straightforward but we left feeling fed and ready for the long drive ahead. 「First room we received had a broken toilet. The room that was booked for 3 people had just 2 towels and one was already dirty. When asked for more towels, it took the receptionist 6 hours, a follow up call that was unanswered, and a second trip downstairs to be given the towels. One of those replacement towels also seemed dirty and already had someone’s hair in it. During our entire stay there was no turnover service for the rooms including picking up trash.」
