Multiple bell-rings, knocking on the staff door, walking the length of the hotel inside, and then the circumference of the hotel outside yielded zero staff members. It wasn't until I was circling back around the hotel that my partner came outside and said someone finally showed up at the front desk. Absolutely ridiculous. 「Front desk attendant Grace was amazing from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to help us and even brought extra sheets, etc to our room herself. She answered all questions and was extremely nice, polite and professional. Our king suite was very roomy and clean. The only thing we would have appreciated is a chair. There is more than enough room. Breakfast was good and kids loved the you make waffles with whipped cream and sprinkles!」

「The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.」

Carpets are all stained, bedding was stained, hair in the sheets, secondary security lock was broken on the inside of the door. People were smoking cigarettes and marijuana as you could smell it everywhere. It was like 100 room trap house.
