Not spotless, but clean enough for a couple Country folks. The hot shower was marvelous, as well as a heated room.With running water,and comfortable beds.

The room reeked of smoke. It was disgusting. The shower head made a terrible, siren like noise. No breakfast as advertised, not even coffee because the coffee maker was broken. A room on the 1st floor was wide open during our stay. Door open and it looked like the county dump inside the room. Trash everywhere. Our room was nasty. Lamp shade had a tear in it. Room was dirty. Lots of folks live in the hotel and they were constantly roaming the hallways. It was like an episode from The Walking Dead. They were also cooking on a grill in the parking lot. Front desk staff was friendly.

There were roaches in the refrigerator, and I had to kill a large mosquito when I first walked into the room. But the staff was accommodating and did change my room.

Our room was upstairs and inside. (No elevator). The downstairs was all smokers bc they had external entry. It just felt like a sketchy area. The room was not clean. I mean they needed some sosp, water and disinfectant to scrub the walls and surfaces. Who knows when the linens had been cleaned. Im glad i didn't have a black light. Someone brought us more towels but didnt touch the rest of room. There were no "do not disturb" hangers. The staff (2 people at desk)were nice though.

Furniture needs upgrade. Not quite what I expected from Days Inn. Overall: okay for the money but I might try another hotel next time, even if a few dollars more.

I arrived around 4 pm. The stairs were dirty. There was trash piled up outside the upstairs door. There was trash outside several rooms and a big screen tv in the hall way. My room was nice but teh TV was unplugged and I had to move a heavy dresser to plug it in. And there was no Ice machine.
