「Great service」

「They let us have our goldendoodle, they were quick to accompany us when we asked for a ground floor room. Very nice safe area to walk our dog at night.」

「-Cleaning was not provided the entire week -Towels were not changed when we arrived from previous guest. -Elevator was out of order for portions of the trip -Smell (smelled like weed or spoiled flooring) -Key cards (were constantly deactivating) -Sticky floor -Shower noise (a screeching high pitched noise) -Cold hair dryer -Broken faucet - Out or order business center」

「1st room had yellow stains on bed and dead roaches in corner. We asked to be moved. He moved us to a different room and there were live roaches behind the couch. We asked if a refund was possible and explained the roaches situation and he looked at us confused and said he can't give a refund due to booking the hotel on Expedia」

「Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place」

「Everything about the facility is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The breakfast service was clean, well- stocked, and flavorful. We'll definitely stay here if we're in Richmond again.」

The bartender helped me find the person to check in and was always as his station. The breakfast was a bit lacking. And I was looking forward to that the most since I work in the hospital but other than that It was ok」

「Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.」
