「Hot spring river is amazing」

「Excellent service, beautiful views, wonderful food and plenty of activities to keep you busy for days. The staff make this place exceptional. Extremely kid friendly. We were there in high season and it never felt overcrowded. The views though. Breathtaking. Worth every penny!!! 」

「Incredible property. Exactly as pictured. If you’ve ever been on a 5 star African safari this is the Costa Rican equivalent. Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. 」

「Property was nice, exceeded expectations. Rooms were cute with each room separate cabins. Property is smaller than it looks in the pictures, and is a bit towered over by a hotel next door. Direct view of volcano. Restaurant was beautiful with lots of birds. Breakfast was great (didn’t try any other meals there). Hot springs were much nicer than in the pictures. 」

「The staff was very friendly. We had a family of 5 and we were able to upgrade to the house upon arrival which gave us a lot more room. There wasn't any A/C but there were ample fans to help with the heat. The kitchen was open air so we did get a few critters and mosquitos inside at night but nothing dangerous. The breakfast was very good and we ordered dinner there one night and it was delicious. The property is small so it felt very private, felt safe and the view of Arenal Volcano was amazing.」

「Thoroughly enjoyed this resort, our home for 6 days. Not pretentious, truly authentic beauty. All staff were not only accommodating, but felt like friends, Joaquin, Luis, Jorge, Fernando, Leah and Justin, to name a few. Large rooms, excellent housekeeping, and restaurant had great options, some excellent ones. Could use more selection in cocktails for all inclusive. Lava springs and foliage/landscaping were the fantastic icing on the cake. Close to nature hikes, wildlife, and excursion...
