「Unbelievable view and is a total experience of rainforest」

「The staff here is absolutely fantastic! Even though our trip started a bit bumpy, they totally turned it around and made us feel so welcome and at home. Their hospitality was beyond amazing, and they were super accommodating to everything we needed. We're definitely coming back when we're in the La Fortuna area! They even helped us plan activities and surprised my sister for her birthday, which was so sweet! Big shout-out to Alejandro, Jimmy, Carlos, and Victor! Pura Vida !」

「Absolutely love it here, perfect location」

「The plan was very clean. We enjoy our stay very much. The main issue is the travel going there and out w the gravel. Very bad road but hopefully they’ll fix it soon. Plenty of parking」

「Un lugar precioso con un gerente estupendo que te ayuda en lo que puede. Lo recomiendo cien por cien.」

「The property and it's grounds were beautiful and the staff was great. Fo us we didn't want to stay in a place that was overwhelmed by tourists and this was great choice.」

「The Retreat is gorgeous. The views of the Volcano and Lake are amazing. The pescatarian menu is perfect for vegetarians and pescatarians. All three meals are served. We did not have meals included but very much enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. The pocket sized gathering places are charming - slider over looking lake, dining room and reception, the separate lounge area with tea and coffee looking into the jungle. The evening walk was fun. The property is on the top of a very steep hill...

「Muy lindo y limpio」

「Marianne (zelf ook Nederlands van oorsprong) heeft ons zeer gastvrij verwelkomt. We waren blij verrast met ons verblijf. Behoorlijk ruim, grote bedden, complete keuken, nette badkamer, heerlijke douche!

「Fabulous experience. if you want the wild/lodge experience but still a staffed hotel with a bunch of services then this is for you! We were in the middle of the wilderness, with birds and sloths on site, but still had room service/clean up and buffet style breakfast and a pool! Absolutely recommend. good distance to all the sites/activity but far enough from the tourist trap that is la fortuna!」

「Fantastic stay, clean and comfy. Difficult to find with the Google maps directions given, but owner was very helpful and allowed us a late check in」

「Clean place. The host was helpful and attentive. I personally would come back....」

「We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Oro Verde! Everything was in excellent condition and the place is very well-maintained. We loved the fact that when we arrived the property had a nice pool that we weren’t expecting, so it was a great surprise! The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by nature and at the same time the location is incredibly convenient, just 15-minute drive to La Fortuna. Our experience was great from start to finish!」

「This was by far the nicest place I've ever stayed, and if I ever have the chance to come back to La Fortuna I would rebook here in a second. The houses are spacious, clean and comfortable. Each feels very separate from the others and the whole property is covered in well maintained plants. With the dense foliage and the nature walk, it feels like you are nestled in the jungle and its such an amazing and unique experience. I loved sitting on the patio early in the morning and just listening to...
