「Staff was very nice and accommodating. I like that the receptionist / property manager gentleman would walk up to cars to make sure there they were actual guests and there for reason. (He walked up to us parking a few times, especially at night and I appreciated that) The property is beautiful, the bungalow was clean and pretty cool. Pool was great and the AC was pumpin! 「The Retreat is gorgeous. The views of the Volcano and Lake are amazing. The pescatarian menu is perfect for vegetarians and pescatarians. All three meals are served. We did not have meals included but very much enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. The pocket sized gathering places are charming - slider over looking lake, dining room and reception, the separate lounge area with tea and coffee looking into the jungle. The evening walk was fun.

「We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Oro Verde!
Everything was in excellent condition and the place is very well-maintained. We loved the fact that when we arrived the property had a nice pool that we weren’t expecting, so it was a great surprise!
The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by nature and at the same time the location is incredibly convenient, just 15-minute drive to La Fortuna.
Our experience was great from start to finish!」
