Everything was very clean and spacious, the view was breathtaking, and the staff was very attentive. Aaron was everywhere taking care of our needs. The pool was intimate and quiet and the restaurant was also lovely. We loved our stay.
Ryan is an awesome manager! Took real good care of us and made our trip to la fortuna and Costa Rica in general way more extra! The resort is immaculate and so beautiful!
Amazing family stay at Junglo Resort! The kids loved being surrounded by nature, and the bungalows were clean, safe, and comfortable. Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—perfect place for a relaxing family getaway.
Keep up the good work guys! Again thank you for the basketball, all the coconuts, and last but not least giving us the charhol BBQ. 🙏
Beautifully Tucked in the hillside but worth the drive from La Fortuna.
The owner, John and smiling staff greeted us with a complementary cocktail
My family of 2 adults & 2 teens could only stay one night, but loved the private spacious and modern bungalow.
The lush gardens and breathtaking view of valley were exceptional. Pool more for dipping…Too small to swim. More affordable breakfast would be great, but would definitely stay there again.
Love is an understatement, I’d come here again. Very quiet and staff is so friendly and accommodating. Everyone is super helpful and the food was 100/10. The views are perfect and the rooms are very spacious. Don’t hesitate to book here !
Will and staff were very welcoming and the place was bran new and very modern.
Good location, beautiful view. Lovely food at restaurant and amenities were perfect for
Our 4 days in La Fortuna.
Had an amazing time! Sadly the doors to the balcony didnt open, but the room was still beautiful! We had a private hot tub and going to the restaurant connected was beautiful in the morning. The people were so friendly and you can book a massage
The place is amazing. The owner was very welcoming and the staff were great. The room concept is very modern and new with an incredible view. The restaurant and bar onsite have good food options.
Great idea putting brand new, fantastic concept, 2 floor, A frames with dual balconies out in a beautiful jungle scene. The restaurant also is a beautifully located and put together open air concept structure, with welcoming lights shining into the darkness beckoning its guests and this place has the most welcoming, hard working staff. This comes right from the top as well since William is such a welcoming guy willing to let you in on his big plans for the place that has only been in existence for a short period of time and he can even whip you up a nice steak. Thanks for the hospitality William. We'll be back to your place.

This staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our bungalow ended up being at the bottom of a steep hill which would have been a struggle for my mom. At 9 pm the owning and GM got staff to clean another bungalow and moved us that was closer to the car and a more mild hill. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
Space was beautiful and staff were very friendly. However, location was not good. We had trouble getting taxis and ubers ans tours that included transportation did not include this hotel on their route. The number provided for any guest needs was never answered either by phone or message once we arrived. The shower water temperature changed often while showering, making for an uncomfortable shower.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff was attentive and consistently helpful, making our stay smooth and comfortable from start to finish.
The rooms were impeccably clean and thoughtfully maintained, with every little detail carefully considered to ensure comfort. It was clear that the team takes real pride in the property, and it showed in every corner of our accommodations.
What truly sets Junglo apart, though, is the vibe. There's an effortless warmth and positivity that runs through the entire resort — the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to slow down, breathe it all in, and simply enjoy the moment. Costa Rica's natural beauty is already breathtaking, and Junglo has found a way to perfectly complement it.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the on-site restaurant. After long days of exploring, having access to delicious, well-prepared meals right at the hotel was an absolute blessing. The food was flavorful and satisfying — the kind of dining experience that genuinely exceeds expectations for a resort restaurant.
If you're planning a trip to Costa Rica, do yourself a favor and book Junglo. Highly, highly recommended!

We only used microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Its a small kitchenette not a full kitchen which is located below the staircase. Villa has lots of sun lights but no curtains. Owner is very friendly, staffs are nice. But to reach there you need a suv and good driving skill. Not easy to spot at night for firsttime visitors. Not close to any attraction or town. It has a tiny pull or hottub next to the restaurant. Overall good place if you like a quite
Our family of five stayed at Junglo Resort and Spa over the holidays and had a wonderful overall experience. While we encountered a brief challenge due to a regional power outage (completely outside the resort’s control), the manager—who is also the owner—was on site, extremely attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure the guests were taken care of!
The resort itself is new, beautifully designed, and offers stunning views. Our accommodations were very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help in any way they could.
We also had the opportunity to speak with the owner about his vision for the future development and expansion of the resort. It’s clear he has the right ambition and passion, and we truly wish him continued success.
We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to La Fortuna and highly recommend Junglo Resort and Spa to others looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway.
We had an excellent stay! The staff was very hospitable and friendly. The view was incredible and it was peaceful and quiet

The rooms themself were very nice almost a bungalow type tiny house with a balcony on top. The houses are very updated and new however there were some issues with the lock and we were often waiting for help to open our bungalow. One night the AC unit broke and we lost power however the service staff did a good job in handling the situation. The breakfast in the restaurant near is not very special, not worth the price however satisfactory for convenience purposes. View from the bungalows is amazing. We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t come in and clean at all so keep in mind that. Owner was very nice and accommodating to all the power issues and overall issues with our stay.
