「Hidden tropical paradise! The room and amenities were lovely, and the staff went out of their way to make the experience wonderful. The view of the volcano was excellent too. Ended up seeing a sloth and toucans on site which was a bonus. Much appreciation to the hotel staff. 」

「OMG! We just loved Chongos Place! The cabins are so cute and beautiful, clean with all necessities. The porch with the hammock was just our favorite place. The plants right outside the porch invite these beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies that we got to observe up close! And the pool was amazing, we spend hours in it each day. Great if you have kids (my daughter never wanted to leave the pool!) And to top it all... the view of the Arenal is breathtaking. Check in/ check outs were...

「Room very clean and as per pictures. Staff very helpful and communal kitchen area had great views and facilities. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was fantastic. Beautiful, surrounded by nature. Recommend the breakfast restaurant for dinner (try the patecones). We didn’t have a car but able to get Ubers easily. Highly recommend 」

Everything is communicated through whatsapp which is very common for country’s like Costa Rica, so be sure to download the app. Everything was a breeze. Long drive from the air port but very worth it me and my wife loved every second of being there. The morning views with coffee were amazing. 」

「非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。」
