「Maybe I over sold myself by reading the reviews. I always like to stay at new hotels because you usually get clean modern rooms. Overall it's a nice hotel. Rooms had plenty of space. We arrived around 8pm for check in. The a/c in the room was off so it was hot. We turned it on and it never got cool in the room all night. Lobby was not clean when we arrived and walking through the hotel you already see damages and maintenance issues. Hotel hasn't even been open a year. Our stay was fine for one...

「We rented the Jacuzzi room which cost extra the room, smelt, wet and musty. The first day we tried to use the Jacuzzi in the room. There was no hot water and no power to that section of the room we gave notice on the front desk. It was not repaired. We checked out and did not spend the second day there. They had also put children in a room above us that were purposely stomping back-and-forth for an hour.」

「The staff were nice when arrived. The pool was very nice. The room was dirty. You willl need shoes to walk around this room. Air worked. Breakfast was terrible! I left my very expensive headphones in room and we called twice about it. Once we asked for the manager and told they weren’t around. Please do not leave anything behind in this hotel. You will not get it back!」

「Had to leave went to a Holiday inn. The cigarette burns all over the bathroom wall and the bugs not to mention the door had been previously kicked in so the lock didn’t work.」
