「This Hotel la Quinta Inn is a older hotel renovated. When we got to our room the room had roaches in it a total of 3, first one was in the closet and the second one was crawled out of the bottom of the little old rusted fridge they had in the room and the 3 roach was on one of the walls. I immediately contacted the front desk by my cell phone because the phone in the room didn't work and I showed them the dead roaches and they said they were sorry but they had never had roach problems before, I...

「Do not bother staying here if you’re expecting basic human decency. The night audit at the front desk ruined our stay within the first minute of being in the building. Unhappy guest facing staff is not the way to make guests feel welcome!」
