"When I went to purchase an item from the store located in the lobby, there was no one present at the front desk. I waited for a short period and then left to look for a nearby store. Approximately 40 minutes later, when I returned, the front desk was still unattended. The same two individuals who had been waiting earlier were still there waiting for someone to return to the desk. The curtains in my room were dirty. The phone in the room did not work I had to call front desk with my cellphone to request shower gel. "Fabulous location. We walked everywhere! Amazing staff. They were so very helpful. Gorgeous and lovely king room. The white noise feature was very helpful. I slept amazingly. Beautiful lobby with live jazz performances were a bonus. The whole stay exceeded expectations!"
