「Everything is good. Not far from the subway station. There’s a supermarket near the hotel. However, when I reserved the hotel, they said they had midnight free shuttle bus toward the airport. But when I checked it one week ago before the date I would arrive, there is only shuttle bus from 6am. That’s a little pity.」

「The hotel is good. However, the bus shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not there after waiting for 35 min.」

「離馬德里機場近，附近有大型購物中心可逛。大約下午五點打電話請飯店派接駁車到機場，完全沒有人接聽，一直忙線中，最後只好自己叫計程車去飯店。」

「Good and safe place to stay. Breakfasts is delicious and good service of staff」

「It was an okay-ish stay. The place seemed was built with grandeur in mind but they haven't given it the proper upkeep recently. The thermostat was broken, the restroom's trashcan was broken; toiletries were what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. It was, however, very close from the airport and they provided a free shuttle. So it can be very efficient if you don't care too much about details and just want a place to crash for a couple of hours and take a basic shower.」

「Great location close to airport for a quick stay.」

「Location and service are great. Swimming pool conditions is good and enjoyable. (just late 15 mins to open in the morning)」

「I thought the hotel is very close to the airport. But it turn out it is about 10 km away. It cost around 20 euro to get to by uber the same amount of money from the hotel to downtown 」

「no shuttle service to Airport, sound proof is not very good in the room where I stayed closed to highway」

「Very basic No shuttle from 8am to 11am Vending Machines complicated」

「Getting to the space requires a boarding pass for the same day and passage through passport control. I flew into Madrid from elsewhere in Spain with a checked bag. I had to find storage and get to T4S. I had to exit go through passport control to exit to get my bag, check it, and do passport control again to return to the international gates. The bed was fairly comfortable, but noise in the space kept me up all night. Better than sitting on the floor or a bench, but I won’t use it again.」
