The staff were excellent. Check in was dealt with quickly and easily with the female receptionist thankfully speaking English. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped and clean. Location could not be faulted and very little noise for it being right on the Gran Via.

Bad service at all no kittchenware, no enough toilets paper, dusting, non cleaning kettle etc is like expedia poor services platform customer services never solved my problem or cancel my booking and my money back.

The town is nearby downtown Madrid. I would ask the staff to return a good evening, good morning, have a nice day, thank you, etc. Great place to stay but the staff needs to be more polite.
