The service was amazing. The staff was incredibly nice and compassionate with my disabled father, Mikaela was such a great host during breakfast time and front desk staff morning and evening shift were very pleasant and the management staff was so accommodating towards my dad with his wheelchair. The rooms were very clean and of course thanks to the cleaning staff. They maintained our room clean at all times highly recommend this place and I hope to visit very soon!

There were pieces of hair around the room (on the bathroom counter, the bedding, and the counter under the TV), which was not pleasant to see. They had Dove products (hand soap, shampoo, body wash), which was nice. The breakfast was also really good - they had typical options like bread, eggs, and bacon (as well as churros). It tasted much better than the breakfast at most hotels! Also, the shuttle bus to the airport actually costs 6 euros, not 5 euros.

If you are looking for a lovely, clean, very comfortable hotel near the Madrid airport, this is a wonderful option! 5 star review ! We had a great free breakfast before flying out. Highly recommend! This hotel is not in a neighborhood. It is what you’re expect near an airport- rather industrial area. It does take a bit longer to get to the airport than you’d think because you have to drive all the way around to the other side. About 4.5 miles I believe.
