「Great place to stay for Chicago Cubs game!」

「The breakfast alone was worth the trip! Warm, generous, eclectic, this place goes out of their way to welcome their guests. And they’re PET FRIENDLY. 」

「Location was walking distance to our venue. Covered, private parking is a huge plus (make sure to reserve ahead). Room was great and the perfect size for 2, We enjoyed using the balcony. Location was quiet, no issues with neighbors. 」

「Room was small. Our room was on the 4th (top) floor so no noise from anyone above us. Bathroom was also small and the water pressure in the shower was low, not a big issue for us but it might be for other people. Very reasonable price for the area of Chicago it is in. Would stay here again.」

「I forgot an art print here in my room. $50 Print. A normal hotel you could call somebody because housekeeping would turn it into lost and found. With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. So because they have absolutely no contact with their customers, I am out of $50 art print from my vacation. And that absolutely sucks. It was a small but acceptable room for what you pay. 「This is such a great hotel. Perfect location, easy parking (garage across the street on Addison). The staff has always been so welcoming and lovely, and the rooms are cozy. 5-10 minute walk to the L and many great places to eat and drink within walking distance.」

「Under renovation. Elevator is out of order. Had to carry luggage 3 floors with a narrow stairwell. Might a good hotel after renovation but too expensive.」
