「Stayed in the gorgeous, vivid Nate Berkus room with a modest upgrade courtesy of the fab staff, who are always on point from front desk to restaurant. Did not want to leave. Best hotel and location in NYC, which says a lot because there are countless excellent choices between Midtown and UES alone. This is my staycation + work station away from home/office and never disappoints!」

「Room was clean, staff was accommodating as well. Be aware of the staff coming in rooms without knocking first and also major elevator issues and the pictures presented are not what you see when you get there. There is no bodies of water that viewable from the rooms and I was on the 38th floor in which we got stuck a few times due to the elevator issues. Overall, I did receive a credit for the false advertisement however, leadership should step up and re-write some policies so that staff can work...
