"The hotel is located in a very bad area. It has a terrible smell and is dirty. The hallway smells like marijuana. There is a lot of noise, people use foul language, and the overall experience is horrible.I don’t recommend at all really bad"

"Beginning to fall into disrepair. Ice machine broken. Parts of facade fallen and piled near back entrance. Very dim lighting in room; it would look a lot better with some brighter lights."

"Breakfast on our first morning was very limited. Some of the hot items were cold and the oatmeal was thicker than usual. There were no bagels available that day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, our room was clean and spacious. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, probably due to wear and tear! This is our 3rd time at this hotel, and more than likely, won't be our last! Thanks to the entire team. "

"Everything was good. It would have been great if the male front desk had been more polite and in a better mood, perhaps. Other than that, very good. They even made our beds without us requesting it."

"Changed 4 different rooms bc one room door didn’t open. Not even with master key. Other 2 rooms on first floor toilets were leaking. Finally moved to second floor. And spend the night there. Never again that’s for sure!."

"We arrived at 11:30 pm. We were not checked in till after midnight. After a long day I just wanted to get to room. I asked for extra pillows was told they don’t have any. What hotel does not have extra pillows. Whole hotel smelled of spices that were unpleasant. When we got off elevator carpets was gross with confetti and popped balloons on floor. All you could hear was highway noise. Breakfast was ok nothing spectacular. We will not be staying here again. Very disappointed in this property by IHG."
