The hot water didn't work for a day, but they fixed that quickly when reported, I was disappointed that they charged $4 per bag for holding on day of departure & arrival. ...

The room was a little warm and hard to get the temperature down even with the heat off. Window opens but then a little loud (sirens) throughout the night. Only complaint. Staff were all amazing and helpful rooms were nice and update and clean! Would stay here again.
