"Awful "

"This property seems to have undergone a recent renovation. Rooms are modern, clean & decent sized, cleaned daily. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a little tricky, it's safe but right on a very busy highway, there's a target about a 10 mins walk. There's a bus stop a block away that would take you to NYC in just under 20 minutes, no pavement though, so if it's raining it could be wet & muddy. Property may pass as 3.5 star or 4 star boutique hotel in the city! Highly recommended. "

"As a single business traveler I found this hotel to be perfect. I felt safe and the room was excellent. Clean, well thought out. The fireplace in the room was an absolute bonus! Being from the South I loved that feature and used it each night. Wish I had time to check out the indoor pool..next time!"

"Everything was great! Although I know you must chlorine the pool, I feel the amounts of chlorine were over the top mixed with humidity in room. Whooooa!!!! Other then that your a 10!!"

"Rooms were ok.. by the time I actually got into one first there was no remote for the tv had to walk back to the front desk as the room was all the way in the back when I got the remote finally and got back the TV would not turn on lol so I went back to the front desk and got a new room when I got to the new the keys didn't work so had to go back to the front again I was told room 237 at first then 235 when. I got back again the keys still didn't work on 235 so I checked 237 and it worked after a hour finally got into a room and the TV workked lol "

"We stayed here for April Spring break 2026. This is my first Hyatt stay where their wasn't a microwave in the room.We had to go downstairs to heat our food up at the ONE microwave they had for the whole hotel! The floors kind of smelled like feet even though the hotel was clean. The bathroom was sooo damn small that the door barley missed the toilet when closing. The toilets are so low to the ground that if you have bad knees you would need assistance getting off of the thrown! No smart tv's on the premises just dumb tv's! The pool was out if service so their was nothing to do but the gym. This hotel really need a upgrade ! 😩 "
