Great stay in the city.

Exceeded all our expectations. Loved the small details like complementary wine in the room, and the pour over coffee station. Le Labo bath products were the cherry on top of a great stay.

Although we did not receive any VIP services. We really like this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room the first night was very noisy. We could hear the street noise even though we were on 11th floor. They switched us with no issues and th second night was much more peaceful. Also the layout of the second room was much better. So just FYI room layouts seem to vary.
