「Five stars. An exceptional stay from start to finish. The setting against Camelback Mountain is beautiful and peaceful, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Service was the highlight. The staff was professional, attentive, and efficient at every interaction. Strong amenities, great dining, and a well-run operation overall. I would absolutely return.」

「The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating.
