"This was our first stay at a 5-star hotel like this and I couldn't say better things about it. The service was incredible, our butters Ana & Sergio where just incredible. Awnsering every question we had, fulling dreams, and setting up surprises. The hotel was a little confusing to navigate with the several locations and properties around the palladium area, but staff as well as the butters had us covered in no time. The drinks at the several bars across the bar where just incredible, bartenders super patient as well as mixing some of the best cocktails i've ever had. All the bars where using only top shelf liquor if not something very close to it. All I gotta say is I will be coming back most definitely, I loved this resort even more then I could have ever imagined and it had treated us so well for me and my girlfriends 3 year anniversary. Thank you to everyone who had hosted us."

"We had a great stay at Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres. The resort itself is absolutely immaculate—everything was spotless, well maintained, and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruit always available, which we really enjoyed. Lunch had plenty of good options, but our absolute favourite was the wood-fired pizza and gelato—both were excellent and something we looked forward to every day. Dinners were okay, not as memorable as lunch, but still decent with enough variety. Overall, the cleanliness, beautiful resort, and amazing lunch options made this a very enjoyable vacation, and we would definitely return. "

"The food at every restaurant including the Cafe was incredible, by far the best food at any all inclusive I've stayed at Staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pools and beach were great. Only knock was mini bar replenishment, arrived Thursday and had a few beverages out of it and after multiple requests it was finally replenished Saturday."

"Our stay at Excellence was truly amazing. We booked a room with a rooftop pool, and it was absolutely stunning—such a unique and relaxing experience. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our trip even more enjoyable. One area that could use improvement is the sports bar. With only two staff members serving, the service was understandably slow. It would definitely benefit from additional staffing. We also noticed that our rooftop pool had a dark ring around the top, so it could have used a bit more attention in terms of cleaning. It would have been even better if the pool were heated, as we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we had hoped. The restaurants, however, were fantastic. A special shoutout to Rolando at the Grill—he took great care of us and made our dining experience memorable. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the beach due to the sargassum, but Antonio was so kind and attentive while we spent time there, which we really appreciated. Overall, the resort is absolutely beautiful, and we had such a great time. We were genuinely sad to leave and would definitely consider coming back."
