Winter Haven 4 Stars Hotels

"The room was great. Large kitchen, bathroom and loved the balcony. The kids absolutely loved waking up to the ducks every morning! We used the pool every single day! Sometimes it was was crowded. I wish they would power wash the steps going up to the rooms to clean up the dirt and not make it not as dirty looking. There was an iron board at the bottom of our steps for 3 days. I'm not sure why. I wish they offered more games and activities later in the day. Then one day they were chopping up trees right in front of my car and wood chips everywhere. Probably an outside job but they parked right in front of it and just chipped away. Also, the weed smell from down below was not very friendly. Especially when you have young kids right above. I thought this was a smoke free resort! Overall the whole family had a great time just gotta keep the balcony doors shut from the weed smell from our neighbors down below!"

"The security guard was super helpful! Front desk very efficient and the room was honestly top notch for the price! HUGE!! Clean! Spacious !"

"Rooms were very nice! We had a room with a separate bedroom and a living room/kitchen/circle table with a very large bathroom and a washer/dryer. It was very clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool! I believe Hilton just recently acquired the property so some things were under construction, including the fitness center, but most everything was in great shape! We came for the theme parks so we don’t get to experience much of the resort during the day, but they had lots of activities and what appeared to be a nice water park as well as I think two other pools. Much larger complex than we expected! Just be warned you may be put into a conference about a time share with their vacation club by the concierge at check in. We attended on our last day and did receive a nice gift for attending and most all of the staff there was very nice as well. So if that is not your kind of thing, just be aware! Overall great stay though! Also be aware there are some extra nightly fees on the day you arrive that you don’t pay through Expedia, however I did read the comments and we knew this going in."

"This hotel has truly become our favorite place to stay in Orlando. Every time we come, the experience is just amazing. The place itself is beautiful, but what really makes it special is the people. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and welcoming they make you feel right at home and always leave you wanting to come back. Miss Patricia has always been so sweet to us, and Valentina is just the kindest person, truly lovely. I feel so grateful for the entire staff because they go above and beyond to make every stay feel special and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back again "

"Every time I ask housekeeping for something the were reluctant to give it to me. A lot of broken things screens in porch. Can hear everything in the rooms next to you."

"Check-In took over an hour. Only had one person work in the counter. The room keys I was given did not work. Had to wait another hour to get keys to my room. I would suggest looking elsewhere if your time is important"
