"Westgate is the only place I stay in Orlando! Everything there is amazing! Staff, pool, dining, service etc… Excellent!"

"So close and convenient to getting to Epcot and Hollywood Studios! The other parks were just a bus ride away! Enjoyed staying here!"

"Showed up at 3:30 right before check in, line is out the door. Get to the counter a little after check in time which is 4pm. Told our room is not ready and they dont know when it will be ready. Waited 3 hours after driving 16 hours. The place was not very clean. Our elevator wasnt cleaned for 4 days. The floor right outside the elevator was filthy for 4 days as well. We have stayed here 4 or 5 times, i can say i wont be back after this trip."

"Everything was great at the hotel. My only complaint was they were extremely understaffed in any place that serve food. We tried going to the main dining area twice as well as the quicker bagel. Breakfast shop. Both places did not have enough people working there to satisfy orders. When we arrived at the main restaurant, it took us 20 minutes for a host to see come out and talk to us. When I looked in there, it seemed as if they had one waitress, who was also coming out to try to seek tables. Otherwise, the property was very nice and the amenities were great."

"Excellent location for late night arrival into Orlando! Great room & comfy bed, nice & quiet! Casual dining was extremely enjoyable too! Great server who took her job to another level! The crayfish chowder is a winner for sure"
