"Rooms smelled horrible in the middle of the night like sewage and shower didn’t drain. I stood in water ankle deep each time I showered. It eventually drained throughout the day but floors flooded if my husband and I both took back to back showers."

"Check-in was a little slow as self check-in kiosks were not working; clerk did offer a significant room upgrade to a top floor suite for a fairly minimal amount which we took advantage of. The Batman Suite was huge with a separate living room, stand up shower and separate bathtub and three televisions (including one in the bathroom). Wonderful trip overall, other than the departure flight delay and rebooking to a later connecting flight out of Houston. And, of course, the expected losses at the casinos."

"Very safe, great security and clean place to stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. staff members are easily accessible 24/7. Only constructive criticism I can give is that the food/beverage options in the hotel could be improved upon as the coffee shop was overpriced for the quality of their food/beverages offered . Was a 10/10 stay I have no regrets staying here at this property and was pleasantly surprised "
