Underneath the make-up vanity in the bathroom, there was a bunch of hair clumps on the floor, in front of the seat. We didn't visit the pool or hot tub areas. I wasn't aware that I had a $50 beverage credit until I happened to check my emails. I wish the employee had informed me about this perk when we checked in. When we visited the Sala 118 lounge to take advantage of the credit, the waitress didn't seem to understand that we wanted to have the drinks billed to our room for this reason. Perhaps some clarity should be given to the lounge staff to address the confusion. "
