My room was not ready at the standard 3:00 PM check-in time and was only available after 5:00 PM, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, there was a lack of clear communication among staff regarding my credits. One staff member provided information that was later contradicted by another, who addressed the situation in a less-than-professional manner. Upon checkout, I was again given information consistent with the first staff member, which added to the confusion. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the delay and inconsistent, unclear communication. I hope management can address these issues to ensure a smoother and more professional experience for future guests. "
